Send to email - to the specified address.
Send to client - to the address(-es) extracted from contact details stored in the PNR (email field only or using SSR CTCE as fallback if email field is missing).
Send to agent - to the address determined based on the "Agents" setting of the #OFFICE_LINK# to which the processed PNR belongs (fallback address should be specified in case the agent's address cannot be determined).
